Globe Roaming Activation

Aside from making your globe sim card roaming on by texting GROAM ON to 2884 or by calling their support hotline at 730-1000 for landlines and 211 for globe mobiles , you can talk with globe customer support online if you’re having a hard time activating it on your phone

Just login to globe.com.ph and click “CHAT ASSIST” and a customer service representative will ask for your globe cellphone number and your full name , then he’ll activate the roaming service on your mobile number on his end, you’ll have to wait for a few minutes (usually around 24hours) and voila! you’re all set. (it is a must to activate your globe roaming , 2 days prior to your departure)

A globe roaming phone can be loaded with autoloadmax and share-a-load and must have a maintaining balance of 50 pesos per day (as of jan. 2010) to avoid deactivation.

Globe roaming rates

25 pesos for outgoing text (from roamer to other countries)

FREE to receive incoming text (from globe users in the Philippines to roamer)

60 pesos per minute for outgoing and incoming calls, (both parties will have to pay 60 pesos per minute)
