GMA-7 Rosalinda is Carla Abellana

The newcomer Carla Abellana will portray Rosalinda on its remake on GMA-7

Carla is the 20 years old daugther of the 80′s hearthrob Rey “PJ” Abellana, She is a graduate of Psychology in De La Salle University and is also a commercial model.

Carla Abellana originally auditioned to be Zorro’s leading lady, but she was chosen by GMA-7 to be Rosalinda. Aside from this project, she is also signed for a 12-movie contract on Regal Entertainment.

The original Rosalinda was done by mexican singer and actress Thalia.
