A tv adaptation of Rio Locsin’s old film “kambal sa uma” or twins on the farm is coming soon on abs-cbn.
based from a Pinoy Komiks hit with the same title written by Jim Fernandez and Ernie Santiago, it was later adapted to a film in 1979 starring Al Tantay, Rio Locsin, Orestes Ojeda, Julie Ann Fortich, Dennis Roldan and Isabel Rivas.
Kambal sa Uma is a story about a half-human half-rat twin sisters Ella and Vira living in a world where society won’t accept their abnormalities.
this tv adaptation on abs-cbn will be played by actors like Allan Paule, Bing Davao, Nonie Buencamino, Jordan Herrera, Matt Evans, Jason Abalos, actress Melissa Ricks, Shaina Magdayao, Bangs Garcia and Rio Locsin.
There will be new twist added on the tv series, so fans of the original drama and fantasy film can expect more from the kambal sa uma tv adaptation, which can be seen every afternoon this coming summer on abs-cbn channel 2.
