Pasang Krus – Rosanna Roces
An indie film for the holy week , Pasang Krus will be coming to theaters this April 1, 2009.
from the makers of independent films like “Hilot” and “Ataul for rent”, pasang krus is a story about Hermina (Rosanna Roces) , a woman whose life is torn apart after her husband was murdered due to a land dispute.
After that she struggles to flee with her 4 siblings and a baby on his womb from the threat of her husband’s murderer’s but lost track of his daughter (Empress Schuck) along the way.
Hermina then lives with her three remaining sons, but they’ve gone astray after one became an alcoholic, the other one was sent to prison, and the youngest became a drug pusher. But even after all of these misfortunes and family problem , hermina never loses faith in God.
Actress Rosanna Roces even undergo the actual nailing of her hands on the cross just to make the crucifixion scene on the film as real as possible.
Pasang Krus cast includes Joross Gamboa, Ketchup Eusebio, Empress Schuck, Beejay Morales, Maricar Santos, and Christian Burke,
